Welcome to the Managing State Projects-Voluminant training and development project portal! As you may know, Voluminant was hired by the Department of State to design and develop next-generation training programs for State personnel.
What is this purpose of this portal?
This portal is your doorway to ongoing project management development -- it's your easiest way to be included in the project effort. You will be asked to provide your feedback and input on every step of the project from uncovering needs to final approval of the project materials. So, in short, this portal is a one-stop communication center. But, to be heard and to see where the project is, you first need to create a user account.
To create an account:
1) Click the 'Register' icon on the top-right of this page. (You'll find the link above to the right of the date.)
2) Enter a username, user i.d. and a password and then click 'Register'. Remember your password!
And, the rest we take care of! A Voluminant team member will send you an E-mail message to confirm that your account has been created. Once you have that, you will be able to login with your user name and password to access the many features of the portal including:
- Work in progress
- Chat boards
- Project schedules
- Feedback questionnaires
- Videos
It will also provide you the ability to see what other State colleagues are doing to ensure project excellence around the world! So, register, stay tuned and get on board. . . this is going to be fun!
